For setting up and dismantling truss constructions, some items are essential. Of course you will need the truss, couplers, pins and safety clips. However, this toolbox is just as important. Without a hammer, you won't be able to fully connect the truss sections.

This toolbox contains 2 hammers of 500 grams and a special ratchet to discount or mount couplers where needed. These hammers are lightweights and therefor easy to use. These hammers are also perfectly ideal to remove pins from the inside out. Larger hammers are less suitable for this job. Whenever a set of couplers are connected to a truss section where its not desirable, you can disconnect the coupler by dismounting the pin with threaded end.  For this job you can use the special ratchet. The ratchet has a flexibel head and is therefor useable in all positions, making the job easier.

Tips

Pins

Truss pins only need to go a far as the safetyclip hole into the truss. No need to hammer the pin completely through.
